Concert information – what you need to know
We open the area at 17:00 and then there is also the first seating in the restaurant, the concerts start at 19:00 (Smith & Thell start at 20:00). The length of the concerts varies. Don’t hurry home after the concert – the restaurant & bar is open until late.
Restaurant Grå Gåsen will be open before, during and after the event. Before each concert, we will have a three-course pre-booked seating. Table reservations are open now and you can read more about the menu etc here. You can make the booking here.
Plus, of course, there will be plenty of food and drink available inside the site throughout the evening – so no one needs to leave hungry or thirsty! For those who wish to vary their dining experience, there will also be several food trucks in the area. Please note that the restaurant’s outdoor seating is hidden from the stage.
We have limited accommodation at Grå Gåsen and at our sister hotel Gåsen Out which is located 1.2 km from Grå Gåsen.
All aboard! There are plenty of parking spaces close to Grå Gåsen. There are also parking spaces for mobie homes. We do not own the parking lot. Be sure to follow the instructions for parking so you don’t get a fine, it’s so boring and unfortunately we can’t do anything about it. You can stay here with a motorhome overnight and there are plenty of spaces. It is not possible to book in advance.
We have set up a small area for the little ones to enable children to attend the summer concerts. From here, children can see well and noise levels are at the right level. However, earmuffs are always a good tip. Children up to and including 12 years enter free of charge when accompanied by a guardian. One child per paying guardian. From age 13 and above, full price applies. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a guardian.
To sum up:
For our visitors with disabilities, we have special seats that are available for booking. Send an email to info@hus1.com to book these seats. An accompanying person is provided free of charge if needed. Space for wheelchairs will be provided within the concert area. Accompanying person certificates may be checked. If you have a walker, you can bring it into the area, but you can be assigned a place by the security guards for your and others’ safety
The concert is a standing concert, but we have a limited number of simple resting places available for those who cannot stand all evening. These are not bookable and are subject to availability. For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring your own chair into the area.
We love pets. They are welcome on all other days, but not on our major concerts. The exception is assistance dogs, which must be notified in advance.
Public safety is our top priority. Going to a concert should be safe and fun. We have a continuous dialog on security with the police and relevant authorities.
Currently, there is a general ban on bags at concerts and festivals.. This is due to the decision of the police. These restrictions are subject to change, so stay tuned for updates before the concert. For more information on the bag ban and how it affects you, please refer to the police Q&A. Please arrive in good time, there will be searches at the entrance.
It is not allowed to bring umbrellas, camping chairs, stools, tables, walking sticks, glass bottles, cans, thermos etc. There is no wardrobe or effects storage and we are not responsible for effects left outside the entrance.
I hope you now know everything you need to know to go to a concert at the Grey Goose.
