Nice to know

How many people can stay in each room?

All hotel room rates are for two adults. In rooms where extra beds can be accommodated, there is always a charge for extra beds. This also applies to family rooms.

And the children – what about them?

Children under 3 years old stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. It is also possible to book a baby/travel cot for children up to 15 kg.

Children over three years old stay in an extra bed. This includes breakfast, sheets, towels, bath towels, etc. A fee is charged per day. When booking two children in a room, the sofa bed is made for two.

The most suitable rooms for families with children are our family rooms and poolside rooms. Extra beds are also available in the North and South Suites.

Our hot tubs are mainly for adults and children over 15 years old.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas. Guests who choose not to comply with these regulations are obliged to compensate the hotel for cleaning costs incurred during decontamination and any loss of income.

Pets

You are welcome to bring your pets to our hotels. There is an additional cleaning fee for pets. This is booked and paid at the time of booking for rooms where pets are allowed. Pets are not allowed in the Grey Goose Villa’s public areas, but are welcome in the restaurant, subject to availability. Animals are not allowed to sleep in our beds in the hotel rooms. If they do, the hotel will charge a fee for cleaning costs incurred.

Special requests

If you have special dietary requirements (special diet), pets or adaptation of the interior for accessibility reasons, we would like you to indicate this at the time of booking and we will try to help to the best of our ability. We always have lactose-free and gluten-free options and generally avoid serving nuts.
