We are open for reservations You can book a table for both lunch and dinner, but we also accept drop-ins. We never accept more bookings than we can redecorate in case of bad weather. The easiest and most secure way to book is via the “Add to booking” button on the right-hand side of this text. For groups larger than 8 people we accept bookings by email and phone.
Our restaurant will continue to focus on sustainable ingredients and local producers, and the menu will be filled with the love and care that we put into each dish. We are proud to welcome Martina Jakobsson, a well-known profile on Gotland with a passion for sustainable cooking, who will lead our kitchen and enhance the authentic flavors of Sudret on the plates. Martina has been working with us since the beginning, but this year she takes over the helm of the summer restaurant. The barbecue will be even more of a focus than in previous years and the menu will be both interesting and familiar. Our head chef is Jens Ryö, who has also worked with us before. Jens has been head chef at Restaurant Gute in Stockholm – so he knows how to grill.
But, that’s not all. We welcome back Leo Bjurenstedt and Aron Larsson, well-known names from Stockholm’s cocktail scene, to highlight an exciting bar concept. Leo & Aron worked at the bar at Grå Gåsen in the summer of 2022, since then a lot has happened for both them and us. Leo and Aron have worked hard over the years to develop their expertise in the world of cocktails, most recently at Rumble/Sway at Stureplan in Stockholm. Since the turn of the year, they have completed a bar guest tour in Stockholm and Copenhagen under the slogan “Dude Where’s my Bar”, and now they return to Grå Gåsen and Gotland with new ideas and energy.
On the beverage front, you can expect a continued multi-faceted wine list with a focus on Europe, as well as a light summer lager on tap in collaboration with Burgsviks Bryggeri to reinforce the local connection. Exciting collaborations with Gotland Spirit are also on the horizon.
