The Ark Live at Gåsen
On July 21, 2026, The Ark will take the stage in Grå Gåsens trädgård in Burgsvik - for one of the most anticipated concerts of the summer. After the successful reunion in 2022, the band is back with a new major tour, and with the same magic, energy and stage charisma that has made them an obvious part of Swedish music history.
From "It Takes a Fool to Remain Sane" to "Calleth You, Cometh I", "The Worrying Kind" and many more songs that have shaped a generation, audiences can look forward to a crackling evening of hits, glitter and euphoria.
The band will be releasing new music this spring, and you can already hear the single "Stronger Than" on all streaming platforms.

About The Ark
The Ark is a Swedish glam rock band formed in 1991 in Rottne outside Växjö. The band consists of Ola Salo, Lars "Leari" Ljungberg, Mikael Jepson, Martin Axén, Sylvester Schlegel and Jens Andersson. Since their debut, The Ark has established itself as one of the most influential and charismatic groups in modern Swedish pop and rock history.
After a successful career and six studio albums, The Ark announced in 2010 that they would end their activities. The farewell tour in 2011 ended with a concert in Stockholm in front of an enthusiastic audience. In 2022, the band reunited for an anniversary tour that celebrated their musical legacy and reaffirmed their unique importance to Swedish popular culture.
- We did the 2022 tour on slightly shaky legs, as a kind of loving memory trip. Then something happened; what was supposed to be a temporary reunion for a summer, instead brought something to life. Something bigger than we imagined was born. We wanted more. Together. Not to repeat, but to create something together again. Suddenly, music started to emerge too. In 2026, we boil down everything we have been to the core of who we are. This is not just a revisit, but we want to create the ultimate The Ark experience. A visual and musical whole that is the essence of The Ark," says the band.

We open up the garden already at 5 pm - that's when the evening starts for those who want to enjoy our three-course dinner in the restaurant. Choose your drink, sit back and let the atmosphere build.
Prefer to take it a little more easy? Our bars are open to all, and in the garden you'll find tasty dishes for young and old alike - whether you prefer meat, fish or plant-based.
We are proud of Gotland's fantastic beverage producers, and here you get the chance to discover the best the island has to offer by the glass. Of course, there are also classics such as lager, wine, cocktails - and good non-alcoholic options.
The concert starts at 20:00 and offers pure magic under the open sky. As the last note fades out, the evening continues with DJs, great vibes and a bar that keeps pace with the audience.
