This Ascension Day weekend, we invite you to an evening where ingredients from Gotland are paired with wines from Långmyre Vineri—one of the island’s most exciting wineries, just a stone’s throw away from us.

Together with winemakers Emma and Andrea, we’ll create a personalized dinner where each course is designed to pair perfectly with their wines. Throughout the evening, they’ll guide us through the vineyard, the cultivation process, and the work behind every bottle—from the limestone soil of Gotland to the glass on the table.

This is the third year we’ve spent the evening together, and it’s become something of a cherished tradition. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed—more like a dinner with friends and neighbors than a formal wine event.

We serve a four-course menu featuring seasonal ingredients from Gotland, carefully paired with the evening’s wines.
